CJ Norman is a licensed Minnesota Realtor based in Mound and co-founder of Norman Homes at Pemberton RE with his wife, Katy Norman. A full-time agent since 2019, he works with buyers and sellers in Mound, the Lake Minnetonka area, and the Twin Cities west metro, including Hennepin, Carver, and Wright counties. His focus includes lakefront and lake-access homes, move-up buyers coordinating a sale and purchase, downsizers, and buyers of spec, semi-custom, and custom homes. CJ lives in Mound with an abutting dock site through the city's dock program, bringing firsthand experience to conversations about lake access and homeownership.
